Bent County Development Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. As a member, your contribution is eligible for a federal tax deduction. In addition, there is a tax credit through Southeast Colorado Enterprise District, the Enterprise Zone Administrator. Any contribution over $100 qualifies for a 25% Colorado State Tax Credit.

The membership contribution levels are as follows:

• Contributor $100.00 to $999.00
• Voting Member $1,000.00 to $2,999.00
• Gold Member $3,000.00 to $9,999.00
• Platinum Member $10,000.00 & above

Any contribution of $1,000 or more is entitled to serve on the Board of Directors through a vote by the membership each year.
